| Ordering
Ordering
happens by adding the items you want to the "basket", by clicking "buy now" and when you are done, selecting "checkout" and entering the information asked. Especially contact information and delivery is important, so we have a possibility of contacting you, if a problem arises, such as a shipment returned (happens sometimes). | | Payment
Paymentmethods:
- Dankort/Visa Dankort/Visa/Visa Electron/JCB/Mastercard/Maestro
We accept the mentioned creditcards and do not charge your card until we have sent your order..
- EAN Invoice
Danish public institutions ( with an EAN number ) can choose to pay using EAN invoice. This (currently) works by choosing "girokort" as payment method and in the order comment, entering your EAN nr. and rekv. nr. if you have one.
- Account transfer (prepayment):
Payment is transferred to Eik bank.

NB. you MUST in DKK currency, so your own bank must exchange first! and the transfer must be made so all expenses are paid by the sender.
Remember that when using account transfer you have to enter your name, email AND ordernumber so that I can identify the payment.

kan betale med girokort. NB. Denne mulighed er tiltænkt dem, hvor deres regnskabsafdeling afkræver en faktura, før de udbetaler pengene og kan desværre ikke tilbydes enkeltmandsvirksomheder.

| Shipment
Shipment is done using the danish postal service (PostDanmark), at their rates, charged to you, without any overhead or surcharge. |
| Delivery
Delivery will
usually be within 4 days of payment (in Denmark) and somewhat longer to other countries, depending on the postal service. | | Return policy/RMA
With us, you always have 14 days return right, as long as the item is in its original state without damages. | | Warranty
You have 2 years of warranty. If you should happen to receive a defective/damaged item, we will exchange it upon return of the damage item. This means that when I get the damaged item back, I will send you a new one. Should it happen that it was not defective, you will have to pay for shipment back to you. | | Other things
I expect that you will inform me if you have not received your shipment within the expected delivery time. This is my only possibility to solve problems with orders, such as transfers without correct name etc. |
